We are AEO certified Authorized Economic Operator (AEOC and AEOS certification / customs and security)

Clamageran has had full AEO quality certification since December 15, 2010, after the creation of the structure on January 1, 2008.

According to the Head of French Customs in August 2008:

“The AEO Status is similar to a seal of approval. Granted by the customs authorities, it allows your company to access many simplifications provided for by customs rules. What do we ask in return? The assurance of being able to trust you, in particular when it comes to the safety of your production entity, your solvency and to demonstrate constant compliance with regulations.”

Registration covers the Quality Management System for Customs Broker status, local and international freight forwarder activities.

Services offered include import and export air and ocean freight, warehousing, distribution, packing and unpacking of containers, customs clearance, tariff consulting, collection services, services related to fairs and exhibitions, heavy lifting, special transport and chartering (sea and air) as well as logistics services.

Officers from the European Union standardization bodies carry out regular checks to verify that the policies and procedures in place are being used effectively to monitor and maintain the highest standards of performance.

Each step of the supply chain is documented by procedures, each staff member is trained and the necessary forms are completed.

Monitoring of quality systems also includes technologies such as international computerized tracking and tracing capabilities.

ISO 20121 : 2012Certification

Since April 30, 2015, Clamageran Expositions has been ISO 20121: 2012 certified (Certificate No. SEMS 630265) and operates a Sustainability Management System for Events in accordance with ISO 20121: 2012 for the following areas:

Transport, handling, storage of materials, customs for participants in trade fairs, congresses and other events.
